After more than twenty years working with household brands like Microsoft and Disney, Lisa Grund made an unexpected turn into nonprofit workforce development and never looked back. What began as a career shift became a calling. As the Strategic Communications & Relationship Partner at Career Path Services, Lisa helps connect storytelling, philanthropy, and community partnerships in service of the dignity of work. She is endlessly curious about what helps people feel connected to purpose, to opportunity, and to one another. Her work is rooted in a belief that every story matters, every relationship teaches us something, and that lasting change often begins with a simple conversation.
