Sharene Azimi

Sharene Azimi is an expert in strategic communications for mission-driven organizations. Since 2020, she has led communications at the Institute for Nonprofit News (INN), which supports a network of more than 500 news outlets. Prior to joining INN, Sharene spent a decade as founder and principal of Mission Communications, providing organizational strategy, branding, PR, and marketing services to nonprofits, universities, and foundations. She was previously a vice president at Fenton.
