About

Jackie A. Rodriguez is the Communications Officer at the Healthy Communities Foundation where she leads its branding and communications strategy. She is responsible for articulating HCF’s mission and vision and helps disseminate the stories and successes of its grantee partners’ important work in its service region.

Jackie brings over a decade of marketing and communications experience in the private sector and as a consultant. She held diverse positions in communication strategy management, marketing research, creative development and marketing operations. Most recently, she oversaw a project management office responsible for managing enterprise-wide projects and led a team that improved B2C communications and operations through special initiatives.

For several years, Jackie taught elementary students the basics of business and economics through Junior Achievement and served as a National Hispanic Institute debate coach for high school freshmen. She has mentored numerous undergraduate students, both from her alma mater and other institutions, on professional and career development. She believes that investing time and energy towards the youth in our communities is one of the most impactful ways to create change.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
