Esther Rege Berg is a communications officer at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where she helps turn research, media trends, and audience insights into practical communications strategies. Her work focuses on understanding what resonates with audiences, improving how communications are measured, and exploring new tools and technologies that can help teams work more effectively.Before joining Pew, Esther founded Dragonfly Communications, advising nonprofit organizations on communications strategy and outreach. She previously worked at America’s Promise Alliance, Strauss Media Strategies, the Fannie Mae Foundation, and Fannie Mae. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
