Annabelle Gardner
Annabelle has spent 12 years helping organizations working on challenging issues — particularly those affecting children and youth — test messages, shift narratives, and move people to action. As a vice president and Spitfire, she has partnered with organizations like To Zero, Children's Defense Fund, Elevate Youth California and National Alliance to Advance Fat Acceptance on narrative change campaigns to shift public policy and practice. Prior to Spitfire, she led communications and development at Young Minds Advocacy, where she worked with young people in the child welfare system to improve community-based mental health services and to support young people to share their stories. She now lives in DC with her girlfriend and their two dogs (Georgie and Honey Bee) and cat (Princess Sparkles).
