Our next Network webinar will build on our August 2022 DEI dialogue which ended with the question: “If 2020 was a reactive year, how can we be proactive in 2023 and beyond?” Niiobli Armah of We-Collab will be joined by Bryan Simmons of the Arcus Foundation, Kaniqua Welch of The Kresge Foundation, and Tanya Barrientos of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to discuss how foundation and nonprofit communicators can be the catalyst for change as well as the tools and resources that can be utilized to start up the work within our sector.
We’ll Explore:
How to keep an ever present conversation around racial equity that is not stifled or hijacked by the latest current event
What foundations and nonprofits can do to ensure racial equity continues to be an important issue
What’s next in this work and how we can support communication professionals who want to go deeper
