Speakers

This year, we’ve seen just how vital effective communications is to the rollout of COVID vaccines. And, we know that for many communities of color, mistrust in our healthcare system stems from a history of medical mistreatment.

Join us on Tuesday, June 29 at 4:30pm, to hear Tibisay Zea from El Planeta speak with María R. González Albuixech, Communications and Immigrant Health Director at Health Care For All, and Josiane Martinez, Founder of Archipelago Strategies Group (ASG), a Massachusetts-based firm that focuses on Marketing with Purpose, about how they built an effective communications strategy to reach communities of color and other underserved populations through the state Vaccine Equity Initiative. They’ll share lessons learned, challenges faced, and how we can think about building effective, culturally responsive communications strategies to inspire action.

Feel free to email Maria or Megan with any questions. We hope you can join us!
