The Communications Network and Northern California Grantmakers invite you to the kick-off of ComNetworkSANFRANCISCO. Northern California Grantmakers is a philanthropic community working to tackle complex social issues—achieving results far greater than if we were going it alone.
If you’re interested in meeting other communications professionals, learning about great work in the social sector, and having a good time, join us as we kick off ComNetworkSANFRANCISCO! We want this group to be an essential resource for local social change communicators to learn, share, and network.
Who? Anyone working in communications at a Bay Area nonprofit organization or foundation, or in a professional firm/private consulting practice that focuses on the social sector
When? Thursday, November 17, 4 – 6 p.m.
Where? The Schmidt Family Foundation, 101 The Embarcadero, Suite #118, San Francisco, CA 94105. Click here for a map.
Food, drinks, and camaraderie provided – Free!
In addition to getting to know each other better, one goal for this kick-off event for ComNetwork San Francisco is to brainstorm about future programming: What topics should we cover? Which speakers might be of interest? How often should we aim to meet?
RSVP: The space is limited to about 50 people, so please RSVP on our MeetUp page to reserve a spot.
