ComNetworkDETROIT: Podcasting for Change

ComNetLOCAL Event

Curious about podcasting? Join ComNetworkDetroit’s Sept. meet up to explore how to integrate podcasting into what you’re already doing

About this Event

Join ComNetworkDetroit for our September 13 gathering to dig into one of the fastest growing communications mediums: Podcasting.

While relatively new, podcasting is an increasingly popular way to reach audiences with deep and engaging content—a perfect tool for communicating about social change. Indeed today more than half the people in the United States listen to podcasts, and nearly one of three listen to at least one podcast every month.

Join our September meet up to explore the ins and outs of podcasting with Motor City Woman’s Robin Kinnie alongside Erin Allen, co-producer of the Detroit Podcast Festival and Content Producer for Framed by WDET.

In this session we’ll demystify what podcasting is all about, explore how to integrate podcasting into what you’re already doing, and share practical tips on how to market podcasts for success.

Bring your questions and curiosity. We’ll cover the inspiration (and coffee).
